Novus Imaging Synergia H

The Synergia H is a patent-pending 3.2 meter, combination flatbed and roll-to-roll printer for the ultimate in flexibility. It delivers speeds of 1000 or 2000 square feet per hour of high quality, sellable output, depending on model. This isn't a meaningless "up to" speed, but everyday production speed.

The Synergia H is a full GrayScale device that prints exceptional photorealistic quality and flawless continuous tone printing with its variable drop technology. Synergia H prints a ten (10) pL drop size. It has a patent-pending belt design that combines enhanced material handling, increased vacuum and improved step accuracy. All of these things synergistically contribute to its superior print quality. The Novus Imaging Synergia H brings together quality, productivity, customer support and eco-friendliness to provide the best grand format printing alternative for our customers.

The Synergia H is available in two models, UV and AQ, The UV curable version of the printer delivers brighter, more vibrant colors than other UV solutions on the market. Our AQ system utilizes our revolutionary, new aqueous-based ink known as AquEpoxy. This AQ version has minimal emissions, no VOCs and operates at twice the speed of comparable printers on the market today.

The Synergia H also has many other enhancements when compared to comparable printers on the market. In addition to the traditional materials utilized on hybrid devices, such as vinyls, Sintra, foam core, MDF board and wood, because of the increased adhesion properties of the ink, the AQ version prints beautifully on glass and acrylic. To boost productivity, the high capacity ink tanks are large enough to enable a full shift of printing without the need to add ink, but when it is that time, the ink delivery system is designed to allow top loading of the ink without having to shut down the printer.

We understand the importance of premium customer support and ease of maintenance, so the Synergia H includes a three (3) year product warranty. Further, it has been designed with a number of unique features that will make our customers' lives much easier and stress free. For example, an innovative plug & play print bar design enables print head replacement and alignment in less than ten minutes. Glass secondary ink tanks provide continuous visibility of ink levels. Our revolutionary iPad control center contains maintenance videos and tutorials, and expert system troubleshooting capability. The iPad control center also maximizes ease of use by allowing ink, parts, and supplies ordering direct from the console. Advanced printer design minimizes points of failure for greater reliability.

AquEpoxy Ink

AquEpoxy ink is a new, patent pending ink technology that is the first and only green replacement alternative to UV. It is a totally new and eco-friendly, aqueous based solution that contains none of the negative environmental hazards found with UV, while boasting improved adhesion characteristics.

AquEpoxy is a two-part ink solution consisting of a colorant (pigment) and an aqueous amine based reactant that are jetted separately, but through its impingement on the substrate forms a strong bond, not unlike glue. It adheres to virtually any substrate, including glass and acrylic; two materials that have been a challenge for UV ink technology.

Another unique quality about AquEpoxy, unlike UV, is that it does not require a high intensity lamp system like those traditionally used with UV technology to cure. No energy hungry UV lamps equate to tremendous savings on electricity for our customers.

UV27 Ink

UV27 is an ultra-low energy UV curable ink specially formulated for the Synergia H/UV printer to provide high performance, trouble-free printing. As with all Novus Imaging inks, tight manufacturing specifications ensure consistent quality batch after batch. UV27 ink offers expanded color gamut, long-term outdoor
durability, superior adhesion and extremely low maintenance requirements. UV27 ink uses the latest technologies available to provide full cure properties at very low energy levels. Suitable for both rigid and flexible substrates, UV27 ink expands the substrate choices for printers due to less heat being applied to the substrate during printing.
